Be the New Marketing Manager

in our Hot and Hoppin' Las Vegas market

This a newly created position and will take an energetic, creative person to dive in and build the marketing program for the One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning in Las Vegas.  Showcase your skills by joining the team and making a difference.  Build lead generation, customer retention, customer referral, name awareness while increasing sales and profits through your efforts.

The following is just a few of the responsibilities:Work very closely with sales and service to coordinate sales and production to achieve the budgeted levels of productionProvide marketing that yields budgeted number of service calls and scheduled service calls,Determine the effectiveness of each marketing vehicleResponsible for compiling yearly marketing budget and managing on a daily basis. Create a marketing plan for each center of responsibility.Maintain a cache of updated marketing vehicles (some listed below)Newspapers – full and remnant adsCoupon books, Neighborhood flyers/adsTV, Radio and InternetYellow pages – phone fax, dialer etcPostcardsDirect mailTest new initiatives on an ongoing basis to continuously improve efforts in an ever-changing market and establish controls to test against for new materialCompile marketing return on investment reporting on a monthly basis to ensure those initiatives that are producing expected results.Execute and update the Marketing Calendar monthly.  Plan at least three months ahead, ideally one year aheadEstablish relationships and work closely with media partners on planning marketing campaign initiatives throughout the year. Communicate to key team leaders to ensure all who are taking calls, running sales calls and installing new equipment are in line with offers be advertised.
