Interactive Senior Designer (Freelance)

 

Candidate must have: Print and interactive portfolio, with 5+ years of experience in web design with expert knowledge of Photoshop, Search Engine Optimization, HTML, Flash, CSS and the over-all web development process.  Working knowledge of Illustrator, Adobe Suite CS 3, Flash Action Script is also a plus. This position requires collaborating with Information Architects, Art Director and Developers. 

 

Responsibilities:Responsible for creating compelling creative work for assigned clientsWorks directly with account manager, project managers, strategists, user experience leads, and technical directors on assigned projects Assists the Art Director/Information Architects in establishing visual tone, character, and messages that will effectively communicate with the target audience and fulfill the project objectives. Ensures compatibility of design and functionality for optimum marketing and communication value.

 

Qualifications:5-7 years Interactive design experience with a focus on designing e-commerce, information portal and custom business solutionsSolution has been created. More about having experience designing the GUI of a custom business application. Significant interactive experience including: concept development, website design, identity design, and online marketing campaign development Understand user-centered design and development processesAble to work on integrated marketing solutionsStrong Web technology background: Dreamweaver/Flash/Photoshop/Illustrator, HTML coding and CSSKnowledge of PHP, ASP, DHTML, Java Script and Action Script Strong knowledge of SEO and CMS a plusStrong Web technology background: Dreamweaver/Flash/Photoshop/Illustrator, HTML coding and CSSDesigner, with online application development experience a
