Freelance Jr. Project ManagerWe are looking for a competent, freelance project manager to handle some of our projects, assist managing clients, and facilitate interactions with our vendors and sub-contractors. You will need experience handling both print and web-based projects.Establish standards and procedures for project reporting and documentationManage day-to-day activities of clients’ relationshipManage clients’ expectations and requests to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budgetDevelopment of Project Plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing,scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans and allocation of available resourcesProject proposal review (determine goals, time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project and allocation of resources)Work closely with the Creative and Technology teams to understand project scope, design requirements and functional/technical documentationAttend weekly project status meetings and produce weekly production status reports.Requirements:Bachelor's degree and advanced levels of communicationProficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project or similar project mg't softwareA minimum of two (2) years of experience within an Interactive Agency or similar business with project management experienceExcellent organizational/development skillsMust be a strong team player who is results-drivenYou must live in the Los Angeles metro area and be able to work on-site.
