Federal Contracts Manager - L5 Federal Practice - Deloitte & Touche LLP Deloitte & Touche's dynamic Federal Practice based in Washington D.C. and the surrounding Metropolitan area has opportunities for you to become part of their high-quality team that delivers innovative solutions to key Federal clients in audit and accounting, financial management and business process improvement.   Key Role: Provide senior contracts administration support to the Federal Practice. Handle complex, high risk contracting strategies in a fast paced environment. Interface with clients and a broad range of defense, intel, and civilian government agencies, including commercial contracts. Provide contract negotiations, risk management, OCI mitigation, proposal strategy development, and business counsel to senior management. Functional/Industry Knowledge: -7 to 15 years of experience with progressive contract administration and management -Knowledge of FAR, DFAR, and risk management required -Experience with the DoD a plus - Experience with IDIQ, CPAF, FFP vehicles a plus -Experience with GWACS, GSA, DOD, Federal and commercial contracting strategies a plus   Education/Certifications or equivalent required: BA or BS degree in a related field required or at least 10 years of experience in contractsAbout DeloitteDeloitte refers to one or more of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, a Swiss Verein, and its network of member firms, each of which is a legally separate and independent entity.
