Experienced Modeler
Draftfcb Chicago is looking for an experienced Modeler to join our Customer Intelligence group.
Job Description
• Perform Statistical Modeling and analysis in SAS or SPSS, and mathematical modeling in Excel
• Recommend appropriate techniques and work plans for modeling and analysis based on business requirements
• Synthesize analysis findings to address business issues
• Prepare client ready documents of findings
Required Skills & Background
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a statistical analysis environment such as SPSS, SAS or R
• Degree in statistics or operations research, or equivalent training & coursework
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Collaborative team player, able to work in a fast paced environment
• Experience in some area of marketing: advertising, retail marketing, product marketing, loyalty marketing, etc.
Highly Desired Skills & Background
• Insight & intuition in addition to technical skills – the ability to ask the right questions of data, and the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from analyses
• Good communications skills - written & verbal
