Strong Internet skills - surfing through multiple search engines
Can multi task web pages while on the phonesHave awesome verbal and written communication / personal skillsCan turn a negative situation into a positiveHave an easy-going but professional attitudeAnd are capable of being on the phones all day - Call Center experience a plus
