As our organization grows, we continue to look for top talent.  Specifically, we seek a senior level Executive Vice President to manage, lead and grow Cone’s Cause Branding team.  The candidate we seek has 20+ years of business experience with a combination background of management and operations, marketing communications, cause branding and experience in an agency or professional services environment.  The successful leader has a proven track record of developing and delivering marketing communications programs and is skilled at achieving strategic results.  Whether through leading the development of cause and citizenship initiatives or guiding teams to deliver global, integrated communication and branding campaigns, the qualified candidate understands the importance of building trusted relationships with their teams, clients and key stakeholders.  This is an opportunity to roll up your sleeves and apply expertise and an entrepreneurial drive to the world of cause in a way that generates significant and lasting impact.

 

Basic Role & Responsibilities:

 Manage, lead and grow the Cause Branding discipline within an 100+ person agencyServe as a proactive, engaging and innovative thought leader to advance the agency’s leadership position nationally and globallyPlay a critical and credible market-facing roleProvide high-level strategic counsel, content and quality oversight to new and existing client programsParticipate in new business development strategy and execution Optimize client satisfaction, relationship growth and profitabilityServe as a member of the Executive Leadership Team Report directly to the President, CEO
