Priorities of Job: Relieve Senior Account Manager of administrative detail, all projects Act as the liason between sales and production Help coordinate and manage work flow of projects Update and chase delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines Take initiative in manager’s absence Keep projects on schedule Maintain calendar of all upcoming projects/deadlines/installations Perform to earn boss’s full confidence and trust Assure discreet handling of all business

Additional duties may include proactive communication with customers and client via telephone, e-mail, or regular mail; managing database records; drafting status reports on customer service issues; also may require research skills to trouble shoot customer problems.

Requirements:

Previous administrative experience
