Executive Assistant - Part Time

I'm a very ambitious business owner with the usual challenge of too many things to do in too little time.

Hours are flexible and I need approximately 20 hours of support a week.

I need help with the following key tasks:
1)  Email Management and Organization.  I have several email boxes and have a goal of zero inbox emails.  Email management would include creating email filters, email rules & procedures, responding to emails, informing me of key emails and emails requiring response, learning the latest email management tactics and implementing them to more effectively manage email flow.
2)  Project and Task Organization and Planning.  Assisting in the organization, prioritization and maintenance of tasks & projects to be completed.  Using excel and project management tools.
3)  Calendar Management.  Help organize, plan and manage my calendar.
4)  Office Organization.  Help develop and implement organizational strategies/processes/procedures to management paper and electronic documents, office materials, samples, etc.
5)  Scanning and Filing.  Documents need to be scanned and filed as required.

I'm looking for an extremely intelligent, ultra anal, insanely organized, productivity whiz that really knows how to manage and organize information quickly and productively.  If you're a gifted problem solver and have impeccable organizational skills I would love to speak to you.  Typing speed of 45 WPM minimum is also required for this position.  Previous executive support experience is highly desireable.
