Executive Assistant - Call (866) 464-4245Description: We are recruiting for a senior level admin to work in the Public Affairs department for a corporate office in Kent. This role performs a variety of duties in support of the workplace giving campaign, community relations initiatives and outreach program; gather, compile and maintain high volume of data; organize and maintain high volume of documentation/mailings; screen, direct and respond to incoming calls; review and respond to incoming e-mail requests or forward to appropriate individual/department. Requirements: Expert level in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). Accurate typing at 60wpm minimum. Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks through effective time management. Ability to stay on task with multiple interruptions. Attention to detail; proofreading, grammar, spelling, composition and format. Tact and professionalism for in person and telephone interactions. Ability to provide excellent customer service. Displays motivation and initiative to establish productive work methods. Use of discretion/confidentiality throughout all facets of assigned tasks.
