A four year degree in marketing, marketing management, sales, sales management, public relations, advertising, human resources, human resource managment or communications is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience in retail sales, retail sales management, food service, food service management, brand marketing, brand management, outside sales, inside sales, or customer service is also preferred.
