Job Description

The Email Marketing Manager will be responsible for effectively managing all aspects of email marketing initiatives our client and its related properties. The effective manager will have significant experience in the email marketing channel using a database marketing approach to maximize customer value and deliver on program and revenue objectives.

ResponsibilitiesPlanning, coordinating, and analyzing email marketing programs supporting multiple marketing objectivesConverting prospects to paid buyers, and / or maximizing customer value through interaction with lead generation and other revenue generating offers.  Represent the company in industry events as necessaryEffectively manage email marketing production schedules from concept through development and executionBe always up to date with industry trends and carrier policiesDevelop marketing strategies and coordinate execution of marketing plans for each individual program.Direct Creative and Merchandising teams in the planning and testing of email elements (including: Creative, Offer, Product pricing, and Segment targets) and report on resultsForecasting product sales, orders, revenue, and opt outs from each campaign.

QualificationsStrong Direct Marketing skills with 3+ years in the online channel Substantive Email marketing experience developing and managing email campaigns, delivering on program objectives, and financial goals.Strong quantitative/analytical abilities Strong understanding of email marketing operations, platforms and technologyExtremely well organized (including good project management skills) and high attention to detailLeadership skills – ability to lead teams of people from a variety of functional areas to reach common project goalsStrong written and verbal communications skills and a demonstrated ability to effectively interact across business functions to deliver effective marketing programsAbility to make presentations to senior levels (both internally and at partner companiesHigh level of technical aptitude and the ability to learn new applications quickly and efficiently BA required


Salary and Benefits $80,000-120,000
