National Association of Social Workers NYC Chapter seeks highly organized administrative assistant to provide superior support to associate executive director and to work collaboratively with top staff in fast paced office.Â Duties:Â general administrative office support, board and member relations, assistance with projects related to advertising, marketing, graphics and website, including production of newsletter published 8 times/year and the development of materials for special events and programs, such as the Chapterâ€™s continuing education program, addictions institute and annual meeting.Â 2+ yrs admin. exp, BA preferred, ability to multi-task, detail oriented, excellent communication and computer skills. Windows XP; MS Office; Access; Outlook; In Design a plus; Photoshop or related desktop publishing/graphics software helpful. Excellent Benefits. Salary $32-$35K. EOE.
