EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT IN GROWING CREATIVE COMPANY $55K
A NYC-based world leading creative firm is currently seeking a highly professional EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT with 3+ years of experience to support the US Chairman.Preferably EA experience in Marketing, Advertising or Public Relations with heavy client contact.Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, be able to work independently and have a "roll up your sleeves" attitude. Heavy calendar management, creating PowerPoint presentations, domestic and international travel arrangements; proficient computer skills - Word, Excel, Outlook are a necessity. Great opportunity to work in a thriving and exciting corporation in Midtown, Manhattan and to manage the daily activities of the Chairman's office. Candidate must be dedicated to setting the highest standard for quality work and will need to have a flexible approach to working and be expected to provide leadership and management skills.
