We are seeking a change agent with an entrepreneurial mind who will work with a team of veteran sales representatives to transform their division. The right candidate will be a person who can bring all of the assets together and effectively implement short and long term strategic plans to achieve pre-set goals.

 

Position Summary

Our candidate reports directly to the owner and will have a staff of approximately 10 employees which consists of sales representatives, a business development manager, a sales support manager and the sales support staff. The Director’s primary responsibilities will consist of identifying opportunities, creating compelling sales propositions, building new business and training your team to do the same. You will also be assisting with marketing and promotional programs as needed.

 

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is someone who will quickly identify opportunities, drive sales and lead the team in growing the business. A Bachelor’s degree is required as well as a minimum of 5 years experience in sales, including sales management. You must be a strategic thinker and an energetic leader, regardless of market conditions. A willingness to work flexible hours and a proven track record is a must.

 

Compensation

As a Director of Sales and Marketing, you will be compensated starting a $110,000 a year with the chance for performance bonuses,medical insurance, 401K, paid vacations, and much more. This is a critical management position that helps determine the future growth of our company.
