Director of Investor Relations

Overview: OmniVision, a leading independent supplier of advanced CMOS image sensor technology, has developed a family of low cost, single chip analog and digital color video cameras for PC video conferencing, home video capture, surveillance systems, machine vision and toy applications. Director of Investor Relations
Responsible for directing and managing external and internal Company communications
of corporate financial information.  Areas of responsibility include investor and analyst relations.

Responsibilities:


Create and implement integrated programs for investor and analyst relations and the
understanding of the company and its financial and business relations. Communicate
directly with key external audiences, including investors, analysts, and business partners.

Work on corporate communications projects with all members of the senior management
on a regular basis. Coordinate financial and investment press releases as required with
internal legal counsel and independent accountants. Plan and manage budget for
investor relations activities

Investor and Analyst Relations:


Develop and maintain core investor relations messages and presentations including conference
presentations and investor pages on company website, refreshing regularly for timely communication.

Manage the preparation, distribution and response to annual reports, quarterly reports, fact sheets,
press releases, conference call scripts, Q&A, and other communications to the investors.

Maintain contact with analysts, portfolio managers and other investors, responding to
inquiries on a daily basis. Coordinate representation at financial conferences and other
public appearances. Represent OVT at financial conferences as needed.

Understand SEC rules and regulations regarding Fair disclosure (Req. FD)
Track and manage analyst reports, earnings estimates and financial models.

Qualifications:

Minimum of a Bachelors Degree and 5 years in an investor relations position is required. 
MBA, CPA or Finance degree preferred.
