CauseForce Inc, is seeking an experienced Director of Event Sponsorships.  The successful candidate will have a wonderful opportunity to make a real impact on over 15 events each year, andwork closely with some of the most recognized sponsors in the industry.

 

PositionRequirements

• Five+ years proven experience in event/sponsorship sales and cause marketing

• Demonstrated experience in managing high level accounts

• Communication skills that successfully position the value of product offerings build credibility and demonstrate business knowledge, as well as Effective Negotiation skills

• High level ofinitiative and self-motivation, with the ability to work in a team environment.

• Ability to understand current and potential customers’ needs, expectations, and business priorities in order to create and continually improve marketing strategies. 

•Sensitivity to customers’ organizational or political issues to build andmaintain trust with customers.

• Ability to buildand develop collaborative customer relationships to identify issues, assessesneeds, and solves problems.

• Ability toprioritize account penetration/management activities to optimize salesproductivity.

• Ability to stayinformed and up to date on industry trends, the competition and changing technology to better understand customer opportunities 

• Capability to readilyadapt to change.

• Bachelors Degree level education.

• This role may require travel
