As our Director of Project Management, in a non-technical capacity, your primary responsibility will be to build a shared vision for the Client Solutions team and inspire your project managers to deliver world-class interactive promotions for our clients. Essential to this role is your ability to establish non-technical project management methodologies and help build and retain a growing project management team. Your ability to form relationships both internally and externally will ensure that you and your team of project managers meet our high standards of “nothing but the best� mentality befitting our award winning team. Your superior communication and leadership skills will give you the ability to develop your staff.
