Job Description

Strategic development and implementation of all digital sales offerings.  This candidate should have a profound knowledge of interactive media as well as expertise in emerging and traditional media.  Although you can cross-sell with the very successful traditional ad sales team, digital sales will be a separate department reporting directly to the COO. The digital sales are expected to be CPM.


ResponsibilitiesProvide overall strategy, vision and guidance in regards to digital ad sales, including pricing and revenue targets. Strategic development of all digital sales offerings Establish and maintain critical relationships with key external and internal partners.  Make high level client and agency calls.Development of digital ad sales presentations.Interface with company’s ad sales management for cross platform deals.

Qualifications5 years digital ad sales experience.Strong agency side and client relationships.Demonstrated track record of driving sales growth with a premium, branded site or group of sites with high CPMs and integrated packages.Well-established relationships with agencies that deal with digital RFP's as well as traditional sales.Proven ability to forecast in a start up phase.Ability to aggressively manage ad networks.Individual must possess innovation and entrepreneurship to creatively execute the digital ad sales strategies.


Salary and Benefits $135,000/250,000 OTE
