Brief Summary:

 

Opportunity to join the leading high school sports marketingcompany in America.  Responsible for building and maintainrelationships with high schools and administrators across multi-state region asit pertains to their sponsorship programs with Home Team Marketing.  Responsible for knowing the “ins and outsâ€� ofhigh schools sports in a specific region.

 

Essential Duties& Responsibilities

 

- Develop and manage relationships with high schools.

- Secure school relationships in accordance with companygoals.

- Maintain daily communication with schools, schoolprospects

- Maintain thorough working knowledge of the high schoolsports marketplace

- Know, understand and adhere to all HTM Company policiesand procedures

 

Required Knowledge,Skills, and Abilities

 

- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to meet anddeal effectively with clients and prospects

- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word,Excel, & Powerpoint

- Excellent time-management, organizational, and selfmotivational skills

- Excellent composition skills; oral and written

- Experience with public presentations/face to facemeetings

- Ability to service multiple schools and variousassignments

- Ability to work well with a team and independently

 

EducationalRequirements:

- Bachelors Degree

- 1+ years of business experience

- Extensive knowledge and passion of high school sports aplus
