· Maintain, update and interpret data on complex Excel spreadsheets

· Research and track down historical information from other team members

· Compile and input company product information into client specific databases

· Prepare, process and distribute monthly reports

· Assist management team in consolidation of all data for conversion to new system

· Key data into company built database used to create quarterly and annual reports

· Audit information entered into database for accuracy

Qualifications:

· Must possess intermediate to advanced Excel skills

· Knowledge of Access desired

· Demonstrated ability to learn software programs quickly based on previous performance or experience

· Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Capable of following directions, applying analytical skills and good judgment as required in order to help ensure accuracy and integrity of data contained within specific information systems.

· Self starter who takes initiative independent of management direction

· Team player with good communication skills, positive attitude and flexibility

· Excellent oral and written communication skills
