Job Description:
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain some accounting experience and is a self-starter.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Must be able to enter, edit, and verify data in A/P and A/R
Filing
Receptionist backup
Some secretarial skills
Other Requirements:
This position requires a High School diploma or GED equivalent.
At least 2 years data entry experience
Microsoft Office Experience
Must be able to work alone and with others
Must be able to take directions
A self-starter who can work independently
Ability to effectively communicate
Ability to multi-task
Need reliable transportation since there is no public transportation available
