As an integral member of our Customer Service Team, the Customer Salesperson:

 

· Will be the front line representative of all of our client services.

· Provides administrative support to regional sales teams to ensure that client requests are processed with speed and accuracy.

· Promotes product sales to existing customers per client’s needs.

· Introduces our service to prospective clients.

 

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to make outgoing calls and answer incoming calls, educate clients regarding the RegionalHelpWanted.com sites and services, proactively look for ways to better themselves and the company, and provide support for our account management and sales teams in a high-volume and dynamic environment.  

Additional Responsibilities-

Understand the value and benefit of the RegionalHelpWanted.com network of regionally based job boards and our unique affiliation with radio stations across USA and Canada in order to educate employers on the sites and services available to them


Distribute calls by investigating and identifying existing or new client relationships, territory and client type

Assist employers in processing job postings to appropriate regional sites while ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction

 

Promote qualified product upgrades to employers with hiring needs
 

Provide telephone and e-mail support to website users
 

Read and address incoming email inquiries from clients and candidates, responding or delegating to appropriate sales or service person


Educate clients on available resources regarding their postings and account management

Create and record all client correspondence for sales contacts, sales proposals and account maintenance purposes

 

Develop expertise regarding On-line Recruiting industries as part of the Account Sales and Management career path

Job Requirements-

 

· Bachelor's degree preferred

· Must be able to work independently as well as with a team

· Must be computer and Internet proficient. Skills include Microsoft Word,  Microsoft Outlook and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required

· Must be extremely organized, detail oriented and able to prioritize multiple projects at once

· Demonstrate ability to show initiative, solve problems and bring ideas to the table

· Use good judgment, and present thoughts and recommendations to clients, team members and management in a positive and professional manner

· Must be able to represent the company with the highest level of professionalism

 

Work Environment-

- Business casual dress required with occasional business dress

- Dynamic, energetic and fast-paced office located in DTC
- Full-time position
