Our clients depend on us for quality program support and administration!  As a Program Coordinator for Gage, your job will be to provide excellent customer service to our members and customers through direct phone and email-based communication to answer and resolve a wide variety of inquires. In addition to this, you will communicate regularly with internal account management staff, maintain customer records and provide administrative support. You will also be responsible for processing orders and work directly with our Vendors.

We’re looking for an individual who can work independently and as part of a team, has excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficient knowledge of MS Office programs and strong problem solving experience. Effective experience with written communication skills is essential. You must be able to work in a fast past environment, be detail oriented and able to apply your knowledge and skills to complex activities. Ideally, you will have prior experience communicating not only with customers face to face and via telephone, but over the internet as well! Must be comfortable utilizing technology and have experience navigating and troubleshooting on the Internet and multiple Web sites.
 
Additional Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED1-2+ years of customer service experienceThorough knowledge of customer service problem solvingOrganizational skillsPlan and prioritize multiple tasks
