Customer Insight Group (CIG) Director of Analytics

DescriptionThe Customer Insight Group Director of Analytics will work integrally across all teams within the agency to support data analysis for the advancement of client business. The Analytics Director will be the primary analysis contact for the client and will be responsible for creating recommendations that guide the media and creative strategy. He/she is responsible for coordination between the research and analytics team, the media team and account service to ensure analytical projects are effectively delivered on time. To be successful, this individual must be highly analytical, have a proven track record in data-rich analyses, responsive and business savvy.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
o Lead a team of analysts focusing on strategic and analytical direction for each account
o Participation in online media and account meetings to receive direction on areas of focus by client
o Integrate with the Media, Account, and Creative Teams to provide strategic leadership and guidance through analysis of all marketing activities
o Create and design testing models
o Responsible for results interpretation, presentation and suggested actions to improve performance
o Facilitate meetings, communicate complex ideas and create actionable plans through team collaboration Required Experienceo 8-10 years marketing analysis experience with 5 years experience in interactive
o Demonstrated understanding of strategic marketing, business and financial principles
o Ability to develop and motivate a team and promote collaboration with internal departments
o Superior written and verbal communication skills
o Natural leadership, motivational and organizational skills
