Creative Services Manager - Publishing

·Design schedules in collaboration with leadership; distribute schedules and ensure all individual's ability to meet deadlines; adjust daily and reprioritize as news requires·Coordinate with partner vendors to guarantee scheduling requirements are met·Work with Creative Director, Editorial Staff, Graphic Designers, Print Production, Photo Manager, Traffic (primary), Photographers and Illustrators (secondary) to coordinate and establish timing needs·Open jobs, publish schedules and assignments; update schedules regularly·Move jobs through process, identifying problems and finding solutions quickly·Organize and lead regular production meetings for team, in conjunction with executive editor·Oversee/manage process for all routing and gathering internal approvals, then managing on through delivery for preflighting and printing·Work closely with Account Service to ensure both production timing and client needs are in sync to meet deadlinesDegree in graphic design, journalism, pr, advertisingStrong leadership, organizational, interpersonal, communication, computer, and grammar skillsExceptional attention to detailAbility to multitask, prioritize and focusPositive attitude, problem solverWork may be required on evenings / weekends as needed.Email your resumePlease click here,or copy and paste the following link into your email browser, to email your resume.
