Well known Marketing and Infomercial Company is currently searching for an Executive Assistant to work in their Marketing Department. Candidates must be professional and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and the ability to multi-task and work on various projects are required skills. Candidates must have at least 3-4 years recent experience supporting at an executive level. Position requires calendaring and scheduling travel and prefers a four-year degree. Position is immediate and will be temporary to hire, paying $15.00 per hour on a temporary basis and excellent benefits are offered upon full time hire.
