THE OPPORTUNITY:  An outstanding new position with a rapidly growing global cosmetic company in North Houston. 

 PREREQUISITES: Bachelors degree in business, marketing, advertising, graphic design or related field required Creative and technical writing abilities Creative and positive attitude Very detail oriented Extremely responsible – you never let projects fall through the cracks Develop short, high-impact product descriptions and more in-depth product information sheets. Develop selling scripts based on product benefits and attributes. Experience with PR events A disciplined and very effective project manager Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging entrepreneurial environment Very Organized – Excellent time management skills and your desk and department are always neat and organized. Very proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel.  ACT experience a plus. Update and maintain all written materials for the company from training manuals, marketing materials, website verbiage, selling tools, legal documents and agreements, product information sheets and advertising verbiage. Ensure that all verbiage and marketing messages are consistent across the company. Maintain and manage a dynamic verbiage archive. Approach written content from a holistic perspective and understand how and where a change in one document affects other documents. Develop a dynamic system for managing all written updates to policies and procedures and standard operating procedures. Approach content development from a consultative approach as they will interact with many departments with different needs. Generate product names and product line names based on product attributes and features. Ability to communicate and work with different audiences. Determine appropriate marketing angles and approaches. Ability to take a technical process or product and communicate it in an easy to understand format. Provide a portfolio of previous written materials showing technical and creative writing pieces Experience in beauty and or health industry a plus but willing to look at recent graduates.
