Category Insights Manager

You will be responsible for helping to make Smithfield a more valuable retail supplier, and increase our sales and margins at the same time, but providing category insights to grow our retail customer’s business. This will be done by gleaning insights from a variety of data sources, including: demographic data, internal reports, syndicated scanner data, industry research and original consumer research. These insights will then be presented to retailers in the format of actionable steps to help grow their business. Candidate will have the support of two analysts who will become experts in understanding retail challenges and opportunities, pulling together the needed data resources and tailoring the stories and proposed retail action steps.
