Yellowbook is looking for motivated, analytical people for an entry-level position that will involve keyword mining, customer relations and search engine campaign research, all geared toward creating targeted campaigns that meet our customers' advertising needs.

Earn your Google Adwords certification while gaining practical, on-the-job experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) across a wide variety of industry verticals.

The Campaign Coordinator is an entry level search engine marketing and customer service roll that will be responsible for providing support for the WebReach Department. Campaign Coordinators must receive their Google Certification within 2 months in order to stay within the WebReach Department. After certification is received, the primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, monitoring the WebReach phone queue and mailbox, keyword mining, generating budget estimates, and customer communication.

4 year college degree required, along with:

• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of search engines, and how they’re used from a consumer perspective
• Efficient with technology and computer basics
• A working knowledge of common HTML elements
• Critical thinking and problems solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Exceptional time management skills
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work as apart of a team as well as alone
• Excellent interpersonal skills
