Call Center Supervisor

Local Boise Call-Center is looking for a strong supervisor to lead an energetic positive sales team to achieving and consistently exceeding production goals.  This individual will be a supervisor of over 25 people in a sales capacity.  We are looking for an individual with at least 2 years experience in both sales and a call-center environment. 

 

This position will require:

· Day-to-day supervision of assigned sales team

· Assist in continuous training of sales team with increased focus on coaching and developing each member of your team.

· Ensuring efficiency of team meeting all production standards

· Fostering and building positive attitude and sense of “team�

· Developing a competitive environment to keep team focused on increasing goals

· Selecting new reps for integration into team

· Improving overall sales performance of all sales reps through monitoring, training and coaching.

· Fostering and increasing levels of attendance within sales team

 

We are looking for an individual who has developed their ability to coach others to success.  Has the ability to work in a diverse environment, communicate with others well, and possess strong interpersonal skills.  This person will be confident, have experienced success in previous positions, and wants a challenge.  It takes organization, flexibility, and the ability to delegate responsibly.  Knowledge of Microsoft based computer programs, internet, and e-mail is a must.
