C# Applications Developer - in a creative company
C# Programmer to plan and develop custom applications for our enterprise systems. This position has a unique mission: to ensure that the company’s collective knowledge is readily available through our web-based systems, both internal and external, to a large and diverse global audience. Duties & responsibilities: Development of new applications using C#, ASP.Net, Visual Studio 2008.Specify needs, develop application architecture and schemas, write and deploy code.Build interfaces with diverse systems.Ongoing management and optimization of SQL Server database instance.Support a worldwide network of offices with diverse needs.Work with systems and network support teams.Identify new strategic applications for development, which have the potential to make the organization for more efficient, more global, and more differentiated. Requirements:3-5 years experience in web based applications, preferably in creative services industry.Strong background of deploying applications on Microsoft platforms: ASP.Net, C#, Visual Studio 2008, SQL Server 2005.Expertise in front-end technologies: (X)HTML, JavaScript, CSS. Knowledge of Active Directory and ADSI a plus.Excellent ability to articulate information issues to clients and staff.Ability to translate information systems and issues to business solutions.Strong degree of motivation and the ability to motivate others.
