Business Intelligence Analyst (3025778 MF)

Combines business thinking, analytical skills and technical expertise to perform information analysis and decision support. Extensive database information is utilized to develop sophisticated models to optimize customer experience and execute marketing programs. Work closely with other departments to formulate contact strategy. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop optimal distribution model for various lines of business and products. Develop predictive models for analysis of intermediary and shareholder behavior and promotional programs. Identify, evaluate and assimilate cutting edge technology and software to keep AFD at the forefront of analytical and quantitative capability. Provide expert analysis and advice on strategic and tactical sales and marketing efforts. Provide leadership in spearheading the Enterprise Customer Relationship Management. Develop strategies and tactics to support ECRM. Requires in depth understanding of all contact channels, customer interfacing technologies and analytics on each customer's interactions and preferences

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required:
"  Professional experience in analytical/quantitative business, operations, science, or engineering; or information analysis/planning functions that include experience in information systems development, computer generated decision support modeling, or market analysis. Experience with 4GL computer languages (example, SQL, SAS). Knowledge of UNIX, relational databases and on-line analytical processing (OLAP) tools.
"  Knowledge of project management techniques.
"  Well-developed business sense and strong leadership skills required.
"  Provide leadership to corporate initiatives. Requires the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
"  Develop intelligent decision models that analyze customer satisfaction response information to assist the development of targeted offerings for all customers / segments. Requires knowledge of data mining, data analysis and data modeling techniques

Desired Qualifications:
"  Bachelor's degree/equivalent in business, finance, marketing, science, mathematics or other quantitative field.
"  Desired MBA or MS in Business, Engineering or another quantitative field (e.g., Management Science, Marketing, Market Research, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Economics, Competitive Strategy, Finance)
