The key responsibility is to manage a year-round fund-raising campaign through actively prospecting and cultivating relationships with corporate sponsors and donors and recruiting and managing volunteer leadership. The goal is $184,000 net. Qualified candidates are highly self-driven towards achieving goals with a key talent of accomplishing results through strong volunteer recruitment and management. Other requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, experience in successful fund raising and/or outside sales with a proven track record in achieving aggressive sales/fundraising goals. Highly effective organizational, communication, negotiation, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills are a must. Candidates must also be willing and able to travel within the local area.
