As part of the McCann WorldGroup, we work across our core disciplines – Sponsorship, Event, Retail, Music and Entertainment, Interactive/Phygital, Advertising and Promotions – to deliver ideas without limits. BIG ideas that ignite the passions of the target audience.
Manage day-to-day of show partnerships and non-profit theatre partners and insure that all contract elements with partners are fully-executed and that key deadlines are met.Develop and manage all aspects of Broadway Cardmember offers.Serve as primary liaison to related Momentum teams to insure they have the information and materials needed for Broadway activation, including GCE, BIO, and the Ticketing Team.Manage Broadway budgets, including the advertising budget for EOS and other offers.Manage vendor payments through Momentum accounting department and monitor payment when partners directly invoice client.Act as liaison to Mindshare to place all advertising.Assign content for promotional spaces on various media outlets.Manage Broadway-oriented Cardmember communications, including assigning which shows will appear in the weekly eNewsletters. Additionally, develop opportunities around other direct Cardmember communications including dedicated trigger emails, printed newsletters, publications, etc.Develop and coordinate Broadway-related promotions and other special projects for clientCoordinate house seat requests and manage AMEX comps.Maintain general sales reporting for the Broadway category.
