Brand Ambassador (Part-Time)
The Samsung Experience
On Columbus Circle inside the Time Warner Center is the Samsung Experience, an exciting venue that invites our visitors to ‘experience’ the Samsung product, brand, and lifestyle. We are allowing visitors to come to a true no-pressure environment to explore Samsung with knowledgeable, helpful staff.
And that is where you come in!
A Brand Ambassador is like a salesperson in a retail location, except your focus is on educating our visitors about the Samsung products and brand, so they’ll be confident when it comes time to purchase.
We are seeking someone who truly enjoys working with people and technology, and enjoys putting them together. You will work with visitors in understanding their needs and sharing with them how Samsung best meets those needs. You will be expected to be knowledgeable of Samsung products (training will be provided) and have a passion for excellent service.
Multi-lingual candidates are eligible for additional compensation. (Fluency in Korean language a plus!)
