Our client a well established advertising agency in Manhattan catering to healthcare communications is seeking a talented billing coordinator.  This multi faceted position is a golden opportunity to utilize your past experience with client billing and invoice expertise in a progressive organization where you can contribute to the company’s vision and goals and be appreciated and rewarded for your hard work and ability to drive results. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

· Responsible for all day-to-day activities regarding client billing by preparing and finalizing client invoices.

· Develop complete understanding of client terms and work within those guidelines and resolve discrepancies in a timely basis.

· Maintain and track invoice documentation, financial reports and analysis.

· Interface with various departments regarding reconciliations, adjustments, and credit/rebills.

 

 

Requirements:

 

· Prior experience in client billing preferably in PR, advertising, legal or media.

· Well organized, self motivated, and hands on.

· Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all levels of employees.

· Basic accounting knowledge and accounting software experience.

· Detail oriented and ability to work within deadline.
