Billing Coordinator

We are seeking a Billing Coordinator to work in our successful eCommerce and Mobile marketing organization. This position offers the opportunity to perform challenging work in an entrepreneurial environment. Summary:  Responsible for monitoring key system and business processes for all mobile products; managing billing operations for mobile products; and mining data for various analytics.

 

 Duties and Responsibilities:

 Responsible for auditing billing for mobile products to end customers though a third party (aggregator).Analytical review of all billing data and trends.Assist in analysis of settlement process.Assist in monitoring system and business processes for mobile billing.Support fulfillment and analyses of all mobile sweepstakes, contests, incentive and redemption programs.

Qualifications:

 BA/BS degree required.5 to 7 years operations or billing experience.Strong ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks, communicate information in a timely fashion and with the appropriate sense of urgency.Excellent verbal and written communications skills, organizational skills, mathematical skills, detail oriented and highly motivated.Ability to work both individually and as a team with minimum supervision.Proficient in Microsoft Excel.  Microsoft Access experience desired.Telecommunications experience preferred.Familiar with third party billing is helpful.
