Screenvision Position Title: Benefits Administrator Company Overview:Screenvision is the world's leading cinema advertising company, providing premium marketing and media solutions for advertisers and comprehensive representation of the cinema advertising interests of its theatrical exhibitor partners. Position Summary: Administer all benefits for company, including health and welfare, long- and short-term disability, 401(k), FSA and transportation. Manage relationship with employees and broker, administer open enrollment, and provide recommendations for benefits plans improvements. Responsibilities:' Benefits Administration for 300+ national employees, including health and welfare, STD, LTD, EAP, FSA, Workers Compensation, and eTrac.' Manage broker relationships, administer open enrollment, and assist with benefits analysis and contract negotiations.' Administer 401(k), including enrollment, rollovers, loans & distributions, 5500s and fiduciary responsibilities.' Provide recommendations for benefits plan improvements.' Handle process and questions pertaining to time off policies for FMLA, Workers Compensation and Short Term Disability; track and manage employees on leave.' Administer EEO-1 and Affirmative Action reports.' Conduct new hire orientation and contribute to administration of terminations.' Special projects as required. Qualifications:' Bachelor's Degree required.' 2+ years experience in benefits administration in a small to medium sized company.' Experience administering 401(k) plan, including year-end discrimination testing and Form 5500s. ' Comprehensive knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA and FMLA laws.' Knowledge of general HR concepts and procedures.' Exceptionally strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to work well under pressure to meet required deadlines.' Ability to interface with all levels of employees.' Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.' Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook skills; Visio and Access desired.' Must be flexible and able to adjust to constantly changing demands and priorities.' Excellent oral and written communication skills.AA/EOE
