BILINGUAL (SPANISH/ENGLISH)PUBLIC RELATION ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE Key Responsibilities Coordinates production and distribution of media relations materials.

  Develops pitches for targeted media; Possesses & nurtures relationships with key US, Pan regional and Latin American Media.

  Works with content department to write press materials such as press releases, fact sheets, bios and bylined articles

  Proactively develops relationships with external audiences (media, third party constituencies business associations, influencers, etc..) to convey the client’s message

  Assists in the development/production of Video News Releases and other multimedia projects.

  Researches and monitors client’s business and industry to maintain a current knowledge base

  Organizes and implements events and promotions for the client

  Assists in research and preparation of new business proposals.

  Assists in client administration duties such billing and activity reports

 

Key Requirements Bilingual:  English & Spanish  BA or BS degree journalism, public relations, communications or related field.  2-3 Years of PR, Agency or related experience; Experience in Technology or Public Affairs Industry a PLUS Great Media Relationships Experience in media relations in the US market a MUST   General understanding of techniques of a professional services/consultancy firm, journalism, public relations, communications or related field.  Experience in media relations in the US market a PLUS  Exceptional leadership skills Must be able to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
