Associate Project Manager

Patina Restaurant Group is one of America¡¦s leading restaurant groups with legendary restaurants and world-class catering venues and events on both coasts.We are currently interviewing for and Assistant in our Art & Style Department (the design department for our East/West coast restaurant company)This position is responsible for all restaurant aesthetics including: „X Space planning and interior furnishings „X Retail merchandising to include product selection and placement „X Managing all visual merchandising displays which includes set-up and maintenance „X Training of staff on implementation and upkeep of displays „X Tabletop selections (linen, flatware, glassware, condiment containers etc.) „X Uniform programs ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Managing merchandising displays in the restaurants or related fields 2. Set-up merchandise displays in the restaurants or related fields 3. Train staff on merchandise set-up in the restaurants or related fields 4. Maintain merchandise displays in the restaurants or related fields 5. Research and manage programs such as uniforms, CGS, etc. for the restaurants or related fields. Create as needed and maintain existing online CGS guides 6. Installation of new restaurants or related fields 7. Re-decorate existing restaurants, including Holiday decoration 8. Assist in coordinating the necessary vendors for FOH Repairs and Maintenance that involves A&S Department (materials, labor, shipping, deliveries, etc.) 9. Assist in correspondence to vendors related to A&S Department projects 10. Responsible for implementation of programs such as but not limited to uniforms, display, merchandising and tabletops.For quick consideration apply here
