Associate Marketing Manager

This position will play an integral role on a team that develops the business and marketing strategy for brand projects and/or merchandise/service categories.  The position requires a ¿customer champion¿ focused on insights and fact-based decision making, and will be responsible for developing, influencing, communicating and implementing significant portions of the marketing mix including brand assortment, promotional planning, new product/concept testing and roll-out, media strategy and planning, Wal-Mart.com integration, in-store communication and events. High energy individual who is able to work semi-autonomously and embraces change. REQUIREMENTS OR QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION (Applicants must possess all of the following to be considered.) 1.  BA in Marketing or related field and 2 or more years of Marketing experience in a leading Retail, CGP, Consulting or other branded services organization OR MBA with prior (pre MBA) work experience 2.  Proven track record of creative thinking, problem solving, and intellectual curiosity 3.  Demonstrated strategic mindset and analytical ability. 5.  Experience leading and motivating teams and individuals 6.
