Associate Content Strategist

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate, motivated individual to join our growing team.  Entry level candidates with the desire to learn and grow and a degree in Business, Communications, Advertising, or Marketing are most welcome to apply. An Associate Content Strategist works with a Content Strategist/Sr. Content Strategist to coordinate all necessary arrangements for clients to use the list(s) of another company.  The Associate Content Strategists will research lists and make initial recommendations for subsequent evaluation by the Content Strategists.  Provides coordination with list managers and other departments to insure that list orders are placed and received in a timely fashion.  Requires attention to detail and organizational skills. Key Tasks and Responsibilities:· Provides initial research on list recommendations for list broker evaluation· Negotiate pricing and net name arrangements on behalf of client with guidance Content Strategist· Manages list ordering process · Build relationships with list managers · Manages internal & external client expectations for deliverables· Work with list managers to ensure timely delivery of lists · Work with Content Solutions Specialist and Accounting to ensure accurate billing of clients and timely payment to vendors.· Coordinate workflow and communication with other team members· Keep abreast of the latest news and trends in the direct marketing industry· Secure outside information where needed to help solve client needs· Work to increase knowledge of Content Strategy, Content Solutions and Merkle as an organization Required Qualifications:Education: Bachelors’ degree requiredJob Experience:  1 or more years experience in a list brokerage, agency media department, or media buying position idealSoftware Experience: Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office, knowledge of SRDS, MIN or NextMark helpfulCommunication Skills:  Good written and oral presentation skills; experienced team playerDon't wait!  Apply now at https://www.hirebridge.com/application/appchoice.asp?jid=69592
