What we’re looking for:
An experienced Associate Account Executive who is extremely detail-oriented and a self-starter with superior communication and time-management skills. 

 

Responsibilities:

This AAE position will be responsible for coordinating advertising campaigns for agency clients and handling day-to-day communication with traffic to move projects through the agency.  Additionally, AAE will also guide day-to-day development of communication pieces and assist in coordination of campaign and project activities; attend strategy and planning meetings with creative and production teams; effectively organize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously; assist in preparation of proposals and budgets; proofreads copy, bluelines, and other media for accuracy; coordinate projects associated with new business development.

 

What you need:
• BA/BS degree in advertising or related field
• 1-2 years of agency experience
• Computer literate
 
No relocation.
