Assistant Director of Administration for the Capital Campaign

The Archdiocese of Philadelphia is currently seeking a full-time Assistant Director of Administration for the Capital Campaign to work within the Office of Development in our Center City Philadelphia office.

A Bachelor's Degree is required.  Must have excellent organizational and communication skills as well as experience planning and conducting a capital campaign and in management.  Duties include:  directing the daily logistics of all campaign operations, managing all capital campaign expenses, assisting in determining allocation of campaign resources for activities in the parishes and assignment of directors to parishes, working with support staff to prioritize workload and ensuring all support activity is completed in a timely manner, providing regular reports on activities of the campaign office directing staff; including director-by-director results, coordinating the printing and publication of all campaign specific materials, serving as campaign representative at parish, vicariate, and cluster meetings; and serving on Campaign Executive Staff Cabinet.
