Yellow Submarine: ASSISTANT ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Fast growing mid-size advertising agency needs an individual to coordinate projects for multiple clients and multiple account executives. Duties include keeping track of weekly projects, trafficking and tagging of multiple TV and radio spots, creating and updating weekly project detail lists, interacting between account service, media and creative to keep projects on schedule.

Ideal individual would have a minimum degree in marketing, management and/or communications, along with relevant experience. Must have proven skill in basic computer applications and formats, and be a skillful communicator capable of handling a variety of details against tight deadlines.

Salary proportionate with experience, health, 401K, insurance and paid vacation. Bonus and quick advancement available to the right individual.
