Agile Iteration Manager

Leapfrog Online is seeking agile-minded candidates with 3 to 5 years general software development experience and 1 to 3 years' experience as a tech lead, team lead, ScrumMaster or technical project manager for the position of Agile Iteration Manager.Responsibilities include: Reporting to a project manager, lead one or more technical delivery teams in an agile software development environment Collect feedback (both people- and metrics-based) and interpret trends in order to promote continuous improvement Track and share status with teams and project managers to maximize productivity and efficiency Lead release management activity (our teams typically release code to live environments every two weeks) Lead sprint tracking, planning, retrospectives and stand up meetings Identify and remove obstacles (such as unclear requirements and external dependencies) for the team and individual team members Identify and help to resolve technical resource conflicts (by both searching for solutions within the team and by collaborating with iteration managers or project managers on other teams) Help the team maintain a sustainable pace by monitoring and interpreting historical velocity and future work. Focus on team health to provide a positive work environment for team members.
