Qualifications -2 year online advertising experience and 1 year experience working with online ad delivery platforms, specifically the DART Enterprise system (will accept DFP, DFA, or Atlas DMT. Experience working with 3rd & 4th party ad serving reporting (DFA, DFP, Atlas DMT, MAPPS, MediaPlex, Eyeblaster, Unicast required). -Previous advertising agency or account management experience required or equivalent. Requires attention to detail and the ability to adapt to change. -Knowledge of various computer applications; particular proficiency in Excel is required. Understanding of online advertising trends is required. -Experience working in a team environment and assisting others as applicable. -High volume, fast paced. -Extended and varied hours.EDUCATION REQUIRED:Bachelors degree preferred with a minimum of 3 years of online advertising experience required. Responsibilities -Performance Objectives Insertion Order Fulfillment: Ability to read and interpret Sales contracts (as needed) and client insertion orders. This role will primarily enter and maintain insertion orders. -30 percent Campaign Execution: Responsible for campaign scheduling and creative implementation as well as maintenance of campaigns. -70 percent Order and Flight Optimization / Troubleshooting: Optimize and troubleshoot advertising flight delivery as necessary, working with various internal teams to bring resolution to client delivery issues as they arise. This includes assisting others with troubleshooting and optimizing as necessary. This role will call for proactive review of client campaigns during the delivery time period. -Ad Product Specifications: Facilitate communication among various internal stakeholders when new ad products are launched on the site and how it relates to trafficking them. -Daily Communications: Interact via telephone, fax, email, and face-to-face with other Traffic Team, Dealer Support Teams, DART Enterprise systems support, and other internal teams as applicable. -Ad hoc responsibilities: The Traffic Representative will show the flexibility necessary to adjust to changing/additional duties and responsibilities as the department and company changes.
