Advertising Traffic Coordinator (Web)

 

Responsibilities:

--Process Web sales orders
--Provide sales staff with Datatrax reports
--Prepare billing paperwork and reports
--Manage Web advertising inventory for assigned Web sites and provide weekly open inventory report to publishers and sales staff
--Traffic and proof all ads and materials
--Use DoubleClick DART to traffic advertising campaigns
--Provide clients with DART reports (on-demand & scheduled)
--Critical daily interface with advertisers - to gather ad materials
--Coordinate ad design via gathering requirements from advertisers
--Provide excellent customer service both internally and externally

Qualifications:
--1 year of recent ad trafficking experience preferred
--Must be extremely organized, detailed-oriented & able to multi-task
--Must be able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
--Must have proven people skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
--Must be web-savvy and understand today’s internet ad trends
--Ability to function effectively within the team
--Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Adobe Photoshop, Fireworks and Dreamweaver
--Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
--Knowledge and experience with DoubleClick DART a plus
--Datatrax experience a plus
