Advertising Operations Manager (Ad Ops)

Paladin’s client is looking for a successful Advertising Operations Manager in their New York office! Our client is a leading destination for online television with subscribers from over 100 countries who view channels on the online network via ordinary Internet connections, Internet-enabled televisions, mobile phones and video game consoles.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- The role requires the daily use of DFP ad serving systems, QA, and troubleshooting, investigating discrepancies, reporting and campaign optimization
- Traffic and manage online advertising campaigns (working with the CSM and PRM)
- Work closely with engineering department to ensure working ad calls on client’s properties
- Facilitate and maintain relationship with DoubleClick (Doubleclick ADMIN: Structures and generating Ad Codes)
- Test all new online technologies to determine acceptance on client’s properties
- Provide support to advertising clients and internal Ad Sales staff
- Maintain/create specs and troubleshoot all creative problems as they arise
- Provide sales with reporting and alternative solutions for campaigns at risk Beta test both website
launches and new advertising space
- ield all ads related questions from clients/agencies/internal
- Collaborating with the CSM, Ad Sales, Product and Engineering teams to manage advertising-driven special projects.
- Implement optimization efforts throughout house/partner ads campaign; manage delivery, testing, and trafficking of ad creative.
- Participate in developing methods to enhance departmental and inter-departmental interactions and procedures
- Working closely with our account executives, client services team, and clients, s/he will join a dynamic team and have direct responsibility in the fulfillment of advertising campaigns representing millions of dollars in ad sales revenue
- Involved in special projects, optimization strategy and client collaboration in addition to being the technical expert responsible for correctly serving online campaigns.

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/EDUCATION
-Solid knowledge on DFP and Video Ad Serving (WMV and FLASH) (2+ years)
-Working knowledge on HTML, Javascripts, Flash banner, Doubleclick In-Stream, & Microsoft Excel
-Preferred but not required: Familiarity with Silverlight, Behavioral Targeting, 3rd Party Rich Media Advertising Vendors, & DART Sales Manager.
-Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent from four-year college or technical school; or three plus year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
-3 years experience in account management, relationship management, project management or related field
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Strong relationship/communication skills
-Ability to prioritize & manage multiple projects at one time
-Analytical thinker
-PC literate and is adept at Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint
